Joe's BBQ is based near Alingsås and offers smoked BBQ catering for events. Calm Estate is currently building direct operational experience with the team.

Kabyssen is run by a German couple in Dalstorp. Their flexible formats include BBQ prepared on site, pizza and salmon.

Mat på Fat is based in Kungälv and delivers across the Göteborg region. They have already catered a wedding at Calm Estate, giving them direct site experience. Their wedding offer includes transparent menu pricing, staffing, cakes and tasting opportunities, while their conference setup also supports partner pricing and packaged catering solutions.
Best for: bartender, private chef, serving team, wine guidance and modular event support from intimate dinners to larger celebrations.
Taste by Lola accepts assignments in Floda and can support everything from simple mingling with drinks and snacks to seated two- or three-course service. They can staff events for larger groups and tailor the setup to the organiser's needs.
